About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Sales Operations Specialist to support and optimize our sales efforts in the Data and AI consulting space. You will play a key role in streamlining processes, enhancing sales performance, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and delivery teams to drive growth and efficiency.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the sales process, from lead generation to closing, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

  • Provide analytical support to the sales team, including forecasting, performance tracking, and pipeline management.

  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators.

  • Work closely with sales leadership to design and implement strategies to improve sales productivity and efficiency.

  • Streamline CRM processes, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining up-to-date customer and prospect information.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, and delivery) to ensure alignment and support sales goals.

  • Assist in sales training and enablement to ensure the team has the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.

  • Identify areas for process improvements and propose solutions to enhance the overall sales function.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role, preferably within technology or consulting sectors.

  • Strong understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics platforms.

  • Proven ability to analyze data, generate reports, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to problem-solve and implement process improvements to optimize sales operations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
